1% Ivermectin Injection

Composition: Ivermectin
Description:
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid, slightly viscous.
Indications:
It is efficacious against endoparasite and ectoparasite. A broad spectrum multi-purpose anthelmintic injection for control of internal parasites and ectoparasite in cattle, sheep, goat, swine, dog and cat.
Dosage and Administration:
For subcutaneous injection, once a dose, for 1kg weight:
Cattle and sheep: 0.02ml
Pig: 0.03ml
Adverse Reactions:
1. When it is used to treat cysticercosis, if the larvae killed are in the key position, it will cause serious adverse reactions.
2. There was discomfort or temporary edema at the injection site.
Precaution:
1. It is forbidden in lactation period.
2. It is only subcutaneous injection, because intramuscular and intravenous injection is easy to cause toxic reaction. Each hypodermic injection point should not exceed 10ml.
3. Ivermectin injection containing glycerin formaldehyde and propylene glycol is only suitable for cattle, sheep and pigs.
4. Ivermectin is highly toxic to prawn, fish and aquatic organisms. Residual drugs and packaging shall not pollute the water source.
5. It may cause serious or fatal encephalopathy when used together with ethylamine.
Withdraw period
Cattle and sheep: 35 days, swine: 28 days.
It can not be used at lactation time.
